Hi! I’m Tracey.

The three organizations that shaped my professional life were all victims of culture neglected. 

The first of them, Arthur Andersen, didn’t survive. Lives, livelihoods and an entire industry was upended.

The others paid the hefty and painful price of recovery. 

These hard-won lessons changed how these organizations (and I) looked at culture. 

Culture isn’t “fluff” and it’s not a nice to have.  It is a persistent issue and notorious character in business headlines.

Culture can be an organization’s greatest strategic, operational, compliance and reputational asset. Or it can be its greatest liability. 

You choose which one.   

I lived and led through the crises and transformations that followed, helping organizations and clients emerge stronger. 

That experience taught me that understanding and shaping behaviors is vital to driving business outcomes, maximizing value and reducing risk.
